Suppose you linked a Office 365 which has 4 sub-calendars. You’d like FreeBusy to ignore all events in the Birthdays and Unites States holidays sub-calendars when calculating availability.

Here are the steps you can follow to ignore events from your calendars:

Step 1: Go to the Calendars & Integrations page.

Step 2: Find the calendar you wish to manage.

Step 3: Uncheck the subcalendars that you want FreeBusy to ignore

Step 4: Click Save.
